We are pleased to share a recap of the inspiring "Palace of Champions: Fencing for Spirit" Exhibition Match on 26 August (Tuesday), of which Les Lumières de Paris Hong Kong Chapter is a proud supporter. This landmark event, marking the Hong Kong Palace Museum’s inaugural sports-related occasion, showcased a compelling rematch between Hong Kong’s Olympic gold medallist Cheung Ka-long and France’s Enzo Lefort. The programme also featured a women’s epee contest between emerging talents Li Minhui and Chen Hailin, adjudicated by Vivian Kong — one of our distinguished guests from our 9 May LLDPHK Gala Dinner.

Adding to the event’s prestige, it was graced by the presence of the Deputy Consul-General of France Mr Benjamin Hubin, Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism Miss Rosanna Law, Financial Secretary Mr Paul Chan, and many other distinguished guests, underscoring its significance as a celebration of cultural and sporting excellence. LLDPHK’s commitment shone through, with our logo prominently displayed in a central position among esteemed brands and sponsors, complemented by the elegant serving of our Private Label Red Wine during the cocktail reception, further enriching the Sino-French cultural dialogue.
