LLDPHK Celebrates the 54th Hong Kong French Film Festival (Nov 2025)

In November 2025, members of Les Lumières de Paris Hong Kong Chapter (LLDPHK) were delighted to attend two exclusive cocktail receptions marking the 54th edition of the Hong Kong French Film Festival. On 21 November, we enjoyed the gracious company of rising star Ms Garance Marillier, and by the eloquent opening remarks delivered by our Honorary Patron, the Consul-General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, Mrs Christile Drulhe, while on 27 November we were honoured by the presence of beloved French cinema icon Mr Gérard Jugnot and the Deputy Consul-General, Mr Benjamin Hubin.

These gatherings offered a perfect occasion to celebrate the enduring vitality of French filmmaking and the strong cultural ties between China and France. We extend our warmest thanks to the Festival organisers and to Alliance Française de Hong Kong for their kind invitations. Such evenings of art, conversation, and friendship beautifully reflect LLDPHK’s mission to nurture Sino-French cultural exchange and the French Art of Living in our city.
